• Products: Energized Yantras, Gemstones, Rudraksha, Puja Kits, and spiritual accessories.

   

• NGO Initiatives: Donations toward Gau Seva, Annadan, Child Education, and related causes under Tatvashudhi Foundation.

   

Each segment has distinct operational guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and delivery, as detailed below.

2. Consultation Services (Vastu, Astrology, Numerology, Anushthan, Puja)

(a) Booking Confirmation

Once a consultation or Puja booking is confirmed and payment is made, preparation for your session or ritual begins immediately.
Hence, all consultation and Puja/Anushthan bookings are non-refundable.

(b) Rescheduling

You may request rescheduling of a booked service at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Please contact our support team at support@tatvashudhi.in with your booking details.

(c) Service Cancellations

• Cancellations are not eligible for refunds once the process, ritual, or energy preparation has started.

   

• In rare cases (e.g., unavoidable delay from our side), we may offer a service credit or alternate schedule at our discretion.

   

(d) Disclaimer

Consultations and remedies are based on traditional Vedic principles. Results may vary per individual karma and circumstances.
Tatvashudhi is not responsible for outcomes beyond spiritual or advisory guidance.

3. Product Orders (Yantras, Gemstones, Puja Kits & Spiritual Items)

(a) Order Processing

All products are carefully selected, spiritually energized (when applicable), and packed with devotion.
Processing time: 2–5 business days (customized/energized products may require longer).

(b) Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (India); 10–20 business days (International).

   

• Shipping partners: India Post, DTDC, BlueDart, or equivalent trusted couriers.

   

• Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

   

Tatvashudhi is not responsible for delays caused by courier agencies, natural calamities, or regional restrictions.

(c) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@tatvashudhi.in with photos or videos of the package.
Upon verification, a replacement or credit will be provided.

(d) Non-Returnable Items

For spiritual purity and ethical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Energized gemstones, yantras, rudraksha, and puja kits

   

• Personalized astrological charts, reports, or remedies

   

• Opened or used spiritual items

   

4. Donations to Tatvashudhi Foundation

(a) Non-Refundable Donations

All contributions made toward Tatvashudhi Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable, as they directly support ongoing social and welfare programs (Gau Seva, Annadan, Child Education, etc.).

(b) Receipts & Tax Benefits

• Donors receive a digital receipt within 3–5 business days of payment.

   

• If applicable, Section 80G tax exemption receipts will be issued as per government regulations.

• Product unavailability or damage before dispatch
